Colored Contacts FAQ USA

Official Lensora USA information about colored contacts faq.

Ordering and prescription

Colored contact lenses are sold as plano (0.00) lenses and with prescription powers. If you need vision correction, order using the power, base curve and diameter from your prescription. Never guess a power: an incorrect lens can reduce comfort and oxygen flow to the eye.

Replacement cycles and care

Daily lenses are opened fresh and discarded after one wear, with no cleaning required. Monthly and half-yearly lenses must be cleaned, disinfected and stored in the solution specified for that product. Do not extend a replacement schedule beyond the manufacturer's guidance.

Shipping, returns and payment

Orders ship from our fulfilment partners with tracking. Free shipping applies above the threshold shown in the site header for your market. Returns are accepted within the stated window for unopened, undamaged boxes. Payments are processed by regulated providers; raw card data is never stored on this site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do colored contact lenses require a prescription?

Plano (0.00) lenses are often sold without a prescription, but any lens worn on the eye should be fitted by an eye care professional. Powered lenses always require a valid prescription.

How do I know my lens power?

Your power, base curve and diameter are written on the prescription from your eye exam. If you have not been fitted before, book an appointment before ordering.

What is graphic diameter?

Graphic diameter is the diameter of the colored zone. A smaller graphic diameter gives a subtle color change; a larger one enlarges the iris more visibly.

What is the difference between DIA and graphic diameter?

DIA is the diameter of the whole lens and determines fit. Graphic diameter is only the colored area and determines how large the iris looks.

Can I sleep in colored contact lenses?

No. Sleeping in lenses significantly increases the risk of infection unless the lens is specifically approved for extended wear.

How long can I wear my lenses each day?

Follow the wearing time recommended for your eyes and the specific lens. If you experience redness, pain or blurred vision, remove the lens and seek professional advice.

Can I share my lenses with someone else?

Never. Sharing contact lenses can transmit infection and the fit will not match the other person's eye.

How many lenses are in one box?

Pack sizes vary by product; most daily boxes contain 10 lenses (5 pairs) and most monthly boxes contain 2 or 6 lenses. The pack size is shown on each product page.

Are colored lenses safe for sensitive eyes?

Many wearers with sensitive eyes do well with daily disposable lenses because there is no cleaning or storage step. Consult an eye care professional if you have a history of eye problems.

How do I choose a color for my eye color?

Brown and hazel blend most naturally with dark irises; gray, blue and green create more contrast on lighter eyes. Ordering a single pair first is the safest way to test a shade.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany and Singapore. Shipping options and thresholds are shown at checkout for your address.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Use the order tracking page with the email address you used at checkout, or sign in to view your orders.

What is your return policy?

Unopened and undamaged boxes can be returned within the published returns window. For hygiene reasons, opened lens boxes cannot be resold and are handled case by case.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Available methods are shown at checkout and depend on your shipping country. All payments are processed by regulated payment providers.

Do you offer a first-order discount?

Yes. Active offers are displayed on the product page and applied at checkout when the eligibility conditions are met.
